MARY KATHRYN NELSON

With over 11 years in Charleston real estate, I’ve had the privilege of helping more than 165 families buy and sell homes throughout the Lowcountry. For the past four years, I’ve also been proud to lead The Magnolia Team, building a team centered around exceptional service, strong relationships, and results.

I work with clients throughout Charleston, Mt. Pleasant, Goose Creek, Moncks Corner, West Ashley, Summerville, and the surrounding communities, specializing in luxury homes, first-time homebuyers, and relocation. I know that every client and every move is different, so I take the time to understand what matters most to you.

As a South Carolina native and Navy wife turned realtor, I've found my passion in helping others build their homes and wealth. Despite starting in healthcare and running my own businesses, real estate captured my heart during my time as a Transaction Coordinator. Now settled in Summerville, SC, I'm grateful to fulfill my dreams while making memories with my family.
